VENDOR SCHEDULE
September 23rd at 12 Noon - 2025 registration opens for all vendors who purchased spaces in 2024. They will receive an email notification with registration and space purchasing instructions.
November 15th at 5:00 pm - Vendor portal closes for system updates and all non-purchase spaces will be released
November 18th at Noon - Vendor portal reopens. All registered vendors will have the opportunity to swap or purchase any available spaces
November 22nd at 5pm - Swap functionality will be turned off
December 2nd at 12 Noon - New vendor registration is open to the public
December 20th at 5:00 pm - Vendor registration closes
January 6th-8th - Vendor packets are mailed
January 24th - Vendor load-in begins
January 25th-26th - 58th Turlock Swap Meet
