VENDOR SCHEDULE

September 23rd at 12 Noon   2025 registration opens for all vendors who purchased spaces in 2024. They will receive an email notification with registration and space purchasing instructions.
November 15th at 5:00 pm   Vendor portal closes for system updates and all non-purchase spaces will be released
November 18th at Noon   Vendor portal reopens. All registered vendors will have the opportunity to swap or purchase any available spaces
December 2nd at 12 Noon   New vendor registration is open to the public
December 20th at 5:00 pm   Vendor registration closes
January 6th-8th   Vendor packets are mailed
January 24th   Vendor load-in begins
January 25th-26th   58th Turlock Swap Meet
